Refunds & Exchanges on Children's Clothing & Accessories

Please review our Refund and Exchange Policy on children's' clothing purchases. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, let us know as soon as possible! We are easy to work with and will strive to make it right.

We have a no questions asked refund and exchange policy as long as all the following criteria are met;

  1. The item is returned to us in it's original, unused, unwashed condition with labels attached and in its original packaging. When returning an item, it is advisable to use tracking as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit.

  2. For items shipped by us that are lost in transit, we will refund, or reship.

  3. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders at this time.

  4. Please let us know as soon as you are aware that you would like to return a purchase. We will happily refund or exchange within the first 30 days of purchase.
We refund promptly when the item in question has arrived back to Bebe Bug Boutique.
Refunds are made in the amount of the item purchased **less the cost of shipping.**
